Our corporate accounts are our customers that use us on a weekly basis. They are given receipts for each trip. When the end of the month comes around we bill them the full amount and are paid within two weeks.
We are very competitive with our prices, and while some companies may quote less, lower prices often mean compromises in safety, vehicle quality, or professionalism. With Top Hat, you’re investing in clean, luxury vehicles and licensed chauffeurs who make every ride stress-free.
The industry standard tip for chauffeurs is 20% which is not included in your trip pricing.
Yes. Our company is fully licensed and insured. Our drivers have also been licensed according to Georgia Law. Fingerprinting and a criminal history is part of the screening for a Ga. Chauffeur license.
We try to be flexible with food. Not all foods are allowed in the vehicles. We provide complimenary soft drinks and water in our limousines. If you and all passengers are 21 years of age or older, you are welcome to bring whatever beverages you'd like including alcohol. We have glasses available for your use in the bar area.
We need some lead time to prepare the vehicles and schedule the cars and drivers. It is always best to schedule at least 24 hours in advance.
For airport and point-to-point transportation (SUVs/Sedans), additional unscheduled stops are generally not permitted. We ask that you let us know about any extra stops ahead of time so we can accommodate them. If you have an urgent need for an unscheduled stop during an airport or point-to-point run, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate, but there will be an additional fee.
For charters/hourly bookings (like limo rentals), you are welcome to make as many stops as you'd like. The hourly rate will apply for the entire duration. In addition, you may elect to add additional hours to your charter as needed.
The key is to communicate any changes or extra stops with us in advance, so we can properly plan and price the transportation. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions!
Yes! We pride ourselves on the quality and safety of our cars. Let us know when you are coming and we will show them to you.
We make every effort to honor driver requests and are able to do that roughly 90% of the time depending on availability.
We track every flight and make accomodations. Please notify us as soon as you know there is a change to your flight schedule so we can reschedule your ride. There will be no penalty to you for this.
Yes, we offer curbsite pickup and will transport your wheelchair in the vehicle and drop you off to specially marked wheelchair drop off zones.
